About this policy

This policy covers the Cambridge Youth Theatre website and its linked Google registration form. We will add the operator’s legal name and the effective date once confirmed. Parents and guardians should complete registration for their children.

Information collected

Registration takes place in Google Forms. The form asks for information about the student, parent or guardian, emergency contacts, health or support needs, attendance, pickup arrangements and permissions. Read the form before submitting it and provide information relevant to registration.

How information is used

Registration information helps us organize the choir, communicate with families and understand support needs. The form includes separate choices about photo and video permission, along with program acknowledgements and payment information.

Service providers

Replit hosts the website. Google provides the registration form and the organizers’ Gmail inbox. The website links to the form; it does not embed it.

Earlier website submissions may still be stored in the application database. We need to confirm who can access these records and how long they will be kept. We also need to confirm the full list of service providers and any use of analytics or cookies before this policy takes effect.

Access and retention

Access should be limited to authorized organizers and service providers who need the information for their work. Access controls and the schedule for keeping and deleting records still need confirmation.

Questions and requests

Parents and guardians may contact the organizers to ask about submitted information or request corrections or deletion. We may need to verify a request and consider any applicable recordkeeping requirements. The final policy will name the responsible business and its contact address.
